"Break the Chains" of Guantanamo! The vigil, as part of the Witness Against Torture's International Day to Shut Down Guantanamo, will include a tableau of people in orange jumpsuits and black hoods, shackled and chained together, as the names of those imprisoned at Guantanamo are read aloud. Following the vigil, the names of those imprisoned at Guantanamo along with the call to close Guantanamo and repeal the Military Commissions Act will be delivered to the Phila. office (located within the Phila.Federal Building)of Senator Arlen Specter, ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
