Washington Peace Center has organized a 6-hour vigil just outside the gates of the CIA.

"Torture is Terrorism."
That's the theme of the vigil. According to researchers, such as Alfred McCoy (A Question of Torture) we know that the CIA has been perfecting torture techniques, as well as teaching them for decades. We believe the CIA is an important place to express our grievances and total dissent.
