Another excellent event in Boise sponsored by Idaho Peace Coalition, Boise Catholic Worker, ACLU of Idaho, United Action for Idaho and Veterans for Peace Chapter 117. Sixty people in attendance outside the state legislature on Friday during lunch hour.

Twenty people joined a 30 minute silent vigil in front of the Federal US Court House in Des Moines this afternoon in solidarity with a contingent of Iowan's who went to Wash DC for the International Day of Action to Shut Down Guantánamo.There were a number of High School represented including, Dowling Catholic, DM Roosevelt, Ames HS, DM Scavo HS and Indianola HS along with students from the DMACC.
